Considering the details you give to us we then begin a search for existing houses for lease depending on the urgency of need. We either allow you to view available houses or get back in touch with you when one is available.

Viewing property

This is at the convenience of the tenant. A member of our staff will accompany you so as to answer any questions arising about the house.

Tenant Fees

There is a non-refundable agency fee to be paid on reservation of property. A deposit is also needed which counts as part of the rent for the first month.

Reference

Under normal circumstances, you will be required to get references from your employer or a previous landlord for credibility.

Refundable Tenancy Deposit (No more than 5 weeks rent where rent is less than £50,000 or 6 weeks rent where total annual rent is £50,000 or above)

Refundable Holding Deposit (1-weeks’ rent)

Renewal or Change of Tenancy On Demand by Tenant -Starting from £50

Early Termination of Tenancy by Tenant £150

Rent Payment Default Fee – £50

Replacement of lost Key / Security

Sales of Properties Fee: Starting from 1% of Sale Value
