Magnus Ogoke is the Managing Director and CEO of Magben Ltd, a property consultancy with over a decade of experience in the real estate sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Westminster.

Starting his career as a lettings negotiator in a fast-paced environment, he quickly transitioned into property sales, gaining expertise in deal sourcing and solution-based selling. His skills in negotiating, delivering value, and identifying business opportunities have helped him make a strong impact in the industry, especially in assisting sellers of distressed properties.

Beyond his work in real estate, he is committed to helping others succeed. He leads training and business development seminars on property sourcing, aimed at helping individuals grow their client base and develop their businesses. He also mentors people in his network, guiding many from tenancy to homeownership. Additionally, he is involved in converting properties into homes for supported living clients.

His dedication to excellence and passion for supporting others make him a trusted leader and mentor in the real estate sector.

Mr. Okpara is part of the sales team at Magben. He uses brilliant marketing techniques to attract buyers and sellers, offering all parties involved the best possible outcome.

As a specialist in packaging deals, he aids heavily in progressing and securing the best deals for our clients. He also liaises with financial advisors, solicitors, and estate agents, to ensure a smooth sales process on top of excellent customer service.

Miss Kush Rana is the latest edition to our lettings team. She is responsible for all admin tasks, including the organization of a lettings department, helping with Diary management, paperwork, and bills/invoices.

With her exceptional customer service, she is a welcome addition and offers our clients excellent service.

Chi Ogoke

Lettings manager

Miss Chi Ogoke is aspiring to study for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and is currently training with Magben estate agent while researching the world of real estate.

As part of the lettings team, her main role includes valuating and inspecting properties, advertising lettings, and organizing properties’ maintenance.
